Statement on Coronavirus

At eResources, our top priority is safeguarding the health and welfare of our staff, clients, and partners throughout the world. With that, we are continuing to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. As an update to our valued customers, we are taking the following actions:

Changes to Our Datacenter

Our SOC-2 certified datacenter has activated its pandemic protocols, and we are coordinating to ensure business continuity. We have planned and trained to handle unexpected incidents and have the process and infrastructure in place to minimize any interruptions. As such, there are no concerns at this time about continued access to websites, the Orchestrate platform, or other eResources hosted-applications.

Remote Work and Travel

Effective immediately, the eResources digital team is operating 100% remotely. We are primarily a distributed team and are well-suited to seamlessly transition to this environment. We have suspended business travel through the end of April and will reevaluate the situation at that time. In the following weeks, all meetings will be held over Zoom, via phone, or other online platforms.

Remote Consulting

In response to businesses and organizations moving to remote work solutions, we are leveraging our wealth of knowledge and experience to provide consulting services for remote work. From choosing your technology stack to advising on communication, benchmarking, and best practices, eResources is prepared to stand beside your business during this tumultuous time.

Project Timelines

Our goal is to continue successfully delivering strategy and solutions, unimpeded by this pandemic. We anticipate our high-level of productivity and service will continue. But with this rapidly-evolving situation, we are adjusting daily to the circumstances surrounding us.

As we all continue working to understand the potential impact of the coronavirus pandemic, please note that interruptions to project timelines are a possibility. We promise to communicate proactively regarding any changes or issues. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
