Washington, DC – The Hudson Institute’s Center on Islam, Democracy and the Future of the Muslim World recently launched their new policy web site. Located at FutureofMuslimWorld.com, the site was built using eResources advanced Content Management System. The new web site provides an online publishing platform for the Center’s research, including Current Trends in Islamist Ideology. Users can view a table of contents for each issue, read individual articles, or download a full PDF version. The site also includes two areas for Hudson’s prominent scholars to post updates, articles, or even brief “blog” style observation on current events. These “Commentary” and “Corner” sections have a full, searchable archive of materials for users to browse through. All publications on the site are tagged by region, type, and subject, allowing visitors to quickly access key research. FutureofMuslimWorld.com also utilizes eResources Community & Communication tools. This provides users with the opportunity to personalize their online experience. They may register, choose areas of interest, and receive automated notifications when new materials or events are posted.
