Stanford Overseas Program Launches OAMS

December 5, 2005
Washington, DC – Stanford University’s Overseas Studies Program launched its new online application today.  Located at www.stanfordoverseas.com/applications, the site utilizes the most advanced version of eResources Online Application Management System.   eResources CEO Dusty Gulleson noted, “It is a honor for us to partner with Stanford University on this project.  They are one of the country’s premier institutions of higher learning, and their overseas studies program is amazing.  It was a pleasure to work with their staff, and we believe our OAMS will substantially improve the process for both applicants and reviewers.”  In addition to the standard features of eResources Online Application Management System, Stanford has the ability to create “dynamic” applications.  This innovative functionality allows administrators to add and delete questions from the application on the fly.  This sophisticated form management ensures that certain static questions remain on the universal application, but provides the flexibility to add questions when necessary. The OAMS is a hosted solution and requires no software installation on local computers.  Program administrators and students can access the system online 24x7, anywhere they have an Internet connection.  This paperless system creates substantial costs savings and frees administrators from tedious processing.  All student application information is captured and saved in a customized database.  Stanford staff can set different levels of administrative access and create a workflow to process the applications. To schedule a meeting or receive information about eResources products and services, please call (202) 216-0124 or e-mail at info@eresources.comAbout the Bing Overseas Studies Program at Stanford University The Overseas Studies Program offers you the opportunity to study abroad while remaining enrolled at Stanford and receiving direct Stanford credit on your transcript.
