BETHESDA, MD – Dusty Gulleson, CEO of eResources, recently spoke at the NAFSA’s 2002 regional conference. Mr. Gulleson participated on a panel during the workshop, "Study Abroad Administration: Revolutionizing Information Management Through On-line Databases." “We were proud to be recognized for our achievements with our Online Application Systems (OAS),” said Mr. Gulleson, who was selected to discuss the online application eResources created for BestSemester.com, the portal for CCCU’s off-campus study programs. eResources OAS transformed CCCU’s student programs, which accepts over 500 students annually, into a virtually paperless process. The online application was created to streamline the process, increase the number and quality of applications, and allow for efficient transfer of information to program directors around the world. University and association administrators from Washington, D.C., Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia attended the four-day meeting, held in Bethesda, MD. The theme of the conference was International Education: Risks and Rewards, highlighting the challenges posed by the September 11 terrorist attacks.
