IASC Launches StrategyCenter.net |

WASHINGTON, DC – The International Assessment and Strategy Center (IASC) recently launched its new site, www.StrategyCenter.net. As an emerging think tank, IASC needed a powerful online tool to communicate with its audience, disseminate its research, and reach out to donors. eResources built a customized web system to meet their technology needs, which allows users to easily publish and manage all their online content. eResources CEO Dusty Gulleson said, “IASC has assembled a team that includes some of the world’s foremost foreign policy experts, and it was our pleasure to create an online home for their community of scholars. StrategyCenter.net will help IASC promote their programs and research to policymakers, opinion leaders, and other key constituencies. The scalable system provides IASC with the flexibility to add new features and functionality as they grow.” One of the site’s key features is “My IASC”, which utilizes the eResources Personalization and Push Content module. This allows IASC users to register, create a profile, and select content areas of interest. These ‘watches’ can include a particular program, scholar, or policy issue, and can be updated at any time. Through the “My IASC” module, IASC can push content to uses, sending automated email notifications when new content is posted. By sending targeted communications, IASC can constantly direct users back to the site.
The new site allows individuals and organizations to make secure contributions through the Online Donation module. Once a user signs up through My IASC, they can specify a donation amount, payment method, and print a receipt. Their profile will also keep a historical record of the transaction. IASC staff can view and process each donation through their backend accounting interface. The site includes a number of other modules from eResources suite of products. IASC can highlight the work of their experts by using the Scholar Module, which includes media contact information, biographical information, and links to recent publications. IASC can also publish press releases with updates or announcements in their News Center. Additionally, IASC required assistance with their organizational branding. The eResources Creative team work with IASC to develop their logo and overall online identity. Moreover, eResources designed IASC’s print collateral, including letterhead, envelopes, and labels.
