WASHINGTON, DC – The Hispanic College Fund recently selected eResources to build their new online scholarship . The powerful technology solution will be built using eResources Online Application Management System (OAMS). eResources CEO Dusty Gulleson said, “It is an honor for eResources to work with an organization like the Hispanic College Fund, which provides such an important service to the Hispanic community. Our Online Application Management System will help increase the number of applications, while decreasing costs and increasing organizational efficiency. We’re excited to use our technology to help the Hispanic College Fund further its mission.” Students will have the ability to create a profile, login, and view scholarship opportunities. The paperless applications system will significantly reduce overhead costs and administrative work time. The user-friendly application system will cut down on other processing issues, as all applications must be completely and correctly filled out prior to submission. The new OAMS will also help the Hispanic College Fund communicate with students. The system will send automated email notification to applicants when deadlines are approaching or additional materials needs to be submitted. All of the application information can easily be accessed by staff in the online database. The anticipated launch of the new Hispanic College Fund OAMS is December 2004.
