WASHINGTON, DC – eResources announced today that they have been selected by The Ethics and Public Policy Center to upgrade their web site. Using the latest generation of the eResources Content Management System (eRCMS), the new site will deliver on-the-fly communications to users, integration with back-office CRM, and multiple site publishing abilities. The eResources team is also building a number of customized modules for EPPC. These applications include Event Management, Press Room, Staff Directory, Online Project Management, an eCommerce donation module, and a personalized ‘My Community’ feature. According to Dusty Gulleson, CEO of eResources, the new web site is part a technology overhaul at EPPC. Said Gulleson, "The EPPC made a major transformation this past year. eResources, through its IT Outsourcing group, thoroughly renovated and upgraded the whole internal network, computers, software, and office computer tools. By the middle of 2003 EPPC may be the most technologically advanced think-tank in Washington, DC." The site will be one of the first think-tank web sites to fully integrate online user interaction directly with the Center’s contact management database (also built by eResources). When speaking about working with eResources, Hillel Fradkin, President of EPPC, said “It’s been a pleasure working with eResources. Since last year eResources has worked along side us as a partner to totally overhaul our IT needs. They have set up a state-of-the-art network, computers, new software, Exchange e-mail server, and other tools. Now, as we enter 2003, eResources will take EPPC.org into the next generation of web sites. This relationship has been very successful and we are so happy with the services that we have retained eResources on a monthly contract to handle all our technology needs.” The anticipated launch date of the new EPPC site is March 2003.
