WASHINGTON, DC - BestSemester.com, a project of the Council of Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU), hired eResources today to develop an enhanced Web solution based on eResources' Content Management Solution (eRCMS). eRCMS will enable BestSemester.com to reduce time spent managing routine questions and procedures and focus on what it does best - serving students.
This is an example of how eResources utilizes web technology to improve our clients core business processes. eResources will design and deploy a solution that will enable BestSemester.com to collect and analyze data to identify how they can improve their application process.
eResources Senior Manager Dennis J. McKeon will work with BestSemester.com to develop an online application process that will allow students to apply online to BestSemester's student programs without the need for applicants to complete the application in one sitting. They can begin where they leave off each time. The online application process will take students from start to finish. It will also help BestSemester staff spend their time working to make sure that students have a great educational experience instead of having to wrestle with paperwork.
BestSemester.com will be hosted by eResources at its data center in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. CCCU anticipates launching BestSemester.com in the first week of October 2001.
