WASHINGTON, DC – Today eResources unveiled the new Federalist Society web site at www.fed-soc.org. The redesign and custom development has transformed a flat HTML site into a dynamic, database-driven platform.
A new section called “Originally Speaking” promotes the organization’s new online debate series. Attorneys and scholars participate in an online discussion of the day’s hottest legal issues. Using the Content Management System, site administrators can easily enter the participant’s information along with their responses. The intuitive publishing interface is also used for publications, events, and chapter information. The new Federalist Society site has a powerful content tagging feature that allows visitors to browse by all of the site’s resources based on subject, practice group, or special project. This functionality and content reorganization increases the site’s navigability and helps users locate the pages they’re interested in. The site also has integrated eCommerce options for Membership renewal, online donations, and storefront sales.
