They will also have access to information on benefits like health insurance, parking, and other human resource subjects. The ‘Hot Topics’ section provides CCCU an opportunity to highlight popular pages from each category. These key resources are ranked by number of total hits, allowing for timely access to important materials. Details on how to operate and search through the new CCCU POINT Database are also included. The Intranet is integrated with CCCU’s current Content Management System, as well as their new Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Additionally, registered users of ‘My CCCU’ already have access to the intranet through their previous account. Frequent visitors can login and browse through records they recently viewed.
