Ethan Reedy, Operations Manager at CCCU, praised eResources: "Our new Intranet opens great possibilities for distributing crucial information to our local staff and our staff around the world. As usual, they have delivered a great value -- a high quality product at a reasonable cost."
eResources CEO Dusty Gulleson said, “This recent collaboration with CCCU involves the latest generation of eResources technology solutions. The Intranet will increase organizational efficiency and be an excellent resource for their top-notch staff. It is yet another example of the solid partnership we’ve built over the last four years.” CCCU plans for the Intranet to be a clearinghouse for its institutional resources. Users will be provided with important updates, documentation on new programs, and a host of other features. The Intranet design follows a similar navigation and structure to the CCCU.org, which will ease the transition phase. CCCU employees can learn about administrative procedures on a wide range of issues such as accounting practices, facilities information, and office supplies. They will also have access to information on benefits like health insurance, parking, and other human resource subjects. The ‘Hot Topics’ section provides CCCU an opportunity to highlight popular pages from each category. These key resources are ranked by number of total hits, allowing for timely access to important materials. Details on how to operate and search through the new CCCU POINT Database are also included. The Intranet is integrated with CCCU’s current Content Management System, as well as their new Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Additionally, registered users of ‘My CCCU’ already have access to the intranet through their previous account. Frequent visitors can login and browse through records they recently viewed.
