WASHINGTON, DC – eResources announced the development of a new Content Management System (CMS) for the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility. The CMS provides a powerful backend to administer their association web site, HACR.org. Using the CMS, HACR staff members can easily publish and edit content on their web site. The user friendly system required no knowledge of HTML, and ensures that the site is frequently updated with new stories, papers, and other resources. eResources programming team fully integrated the CMS with the existing web interface. The system allows HACR to administer all of the sections of the their sites, including the Events, Media Center, and their “Corporate Observer”. The HACR Research Institute provides registered users and visitors access to publications and resources from HACR. The “members-only” functionality allows members to view and download the content free of charge. eResources also integrated its proprietary shopping cart so unregistered guests may purchase publications online. Using eResources Community & Communication tools, the site now has “My HACR” functionality. Users may register, choose areas of interest, and receive automated emails when the site is updated. This keeps members informed of important news, constantly drives traffic to the site, and allows HACR to collect valuable data in their database. To schedule a meeting or receive information about eResources products and services, please call (202) 216-0124 or e-mail at info@eresources.com. About the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility Founded in 1986 as an association of some the most prominent national Hispanic organizations, the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility is a nonprofit, tax-exempt, 501(c)3 organization, headquartered in Washington, D.C. HACR strives to ensure that there is an equitable participation of the Hispanic community in corporate America commensurate with Hispanic purchasing power.
