Leadership

Dusty GullesonDusty Gulleson is Chief Executive Office and has built eResources from a one-man web consulting firm into a thriving competitor in the Content Management, Online Application Management, and custom applications market.  In addition to managing the growth and strategic vision of eResources, Gulleson serves as the Chief Software Designer.

He is responsible for the design and development of the company’s flagship product eResources Content Management System and various ASP-delivered custom applications, such as the paperless Online Application Manager.

Daniel CahyaDaniel Cayha is Chief Technology Officer and a founding partner at eResources. He has over 15 years of professional experience implementing advanced web systems. Daniel helped author all major eResources web platforms, including the Online Application Management System (OAS), Content Management System (CMS) and the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) solution.

He also heads the company’s research and development efforts to ensure that eResources clients stay on the cutting edge of technology. Daniel oversees the 12 member programming staff, coordinating efforts on a variety of projects and ongoing support.

Mike ToguchiMichael Toguchi is Vice President at eResources and manages the company’s Software division.  He is involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations, including administration, project management, business development and marketing.  As an account director, Michael provides clients with focused business counseling, develops online communication plans and creates long-term web strategies.  During his time at eResources, Michael has worked with a diverse range of clients on audience analysis, research dissemination, integration of advanced web functionality and return on investment.

He has developed Online Application Management Systems for non-profits and integrated CRM solutions for associations.  Michael is also a contributing writer for various organizations on education and technology policy, and has spoken at conference on topics such as web 2.0 and CRM implementation.
